Curated by Francela Carrera (Guatemala), my work is now featured as one of the female Honduran artists on the catalog of Artistas Latinas, a cultural platform by Secretaría de Cultura e Economía of the Rio de Janeiro Government (Governo do Rio de Janeiro).
“The motivation that led to the creation of this project is a notorious absence of women in books and in the bibliography of art history,” thus creating “a platform for cultural dissemination, bringing visibility to the artistic production carried out in the countries that make up Latin America, showing the diversity and possibilities within the scope of the visual arts created in our continent,” (Artistas Latinas, about).
